Aman Khera EMBA FRAPS FTOPRA serves as the President of TOPRA since January 2025, with previous roles including President-Elect in 2024, where contributions include overseeing strategy, legal, and financial responsibilities while promoting regulatory excellence. Currently involved with Vation Ventures and Sikhs in Clinical Research as an advisory member and senior advisor, respectively, Aman also serves on the Advisory Board of emTruth, Inc. Notably, previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Worldwide Clinical Trials and PRA Health Sciences, providing strategic regulatory services and building teams across global markets. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BSc Hons in Medical Biochemistry from Brunel University of London.

TOPRA, The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs, is a non-profit, non-political organisation which seeks to advance the status of the regulatory profession through education and provision of information to its members. Our current membership is drawn from over 50 countries, and members worldwide are actively involved in delivering the services needed by busy regulatory specialists. Members are drawn from industry, regulatory agencies and the consultancy community, and work in all sectors including medical technologies, biotech, borderline products and pharmaceuticals.
