Charity Ika

Charity Ika is a customer support agent and operations manager with experience in the airline and travel industries. Charity began their career as an operations manager with The Zapphir Group in 2015, before moving to Jumia Travel as a travel advisor in 2017. In their current role at Travelstart, they are responsible for assisting customers with making and booking airline tickets, as well as providing guidance and assistance with the company's products.
