KAYODE SIJUOLA (ACIPM)

Kayode Sijuola (ACIPM) has a diverse work experience spanning from 2019 to the present. In 2019, they began their career as a Human Resource Officer at 390labs and an Intern (Systems Control Unit) at Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited. KAYODE'srole at Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited included uploading all-cash transaction reports of the bank to the Nigeria Financial Intelligence Unit platform from 2015-2018, assisting in the design and implementation of controls that insulate the bank from regulatory, reputational and operational risk, and verifying that internal controls are efficient and effective to mitigate business risks. In 2021, they took on the role of Human Resources Officer at Avant Facilities Services Limited. Currently, they are the Hub Manager at Topship (YC W22), a role that combines customer service and operations and is responsible for coordinating, managing, and driving the entire hub drop-off experience and overseeing their shipping journey/experience as well as the day-to-day running of the hub administrative duties.
