Dhruv Kumar

Dhruv Kumar is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as QA/QC Manager at Boot Barn since October 2018, Dhruv has also held the role of Manager of Quality Assurance at Topson Downs of California, Inc., responsible for a $600MM brand portfolio, successfully implementing inspection procedures that significantly reduced defect rates. Previous positions include Director of Quality Assurance at PAIGE PREMIUM DENIM LLC and Director of Manufacturing & Quality at Manhattan Beachwear, where Dhruv established key quality control programs and training initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades, Dhruv has developed and refined quality assurance structures for prestigious brands such as 7 For All Mankind, Rock and Republic, and Warnaco Swimwear, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing product quality and compliance across various markets. Dhruv holds an Associate of Applied Science in Apparel Engineering from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
