Toptable Group
Justin Morel has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Justin served as the Chief Operating Officer at Toptable Group from October 2021 to the present. Justin also holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Coho Collective Inc. since February 2022.
Prior to these roles, Justin was the Chief Operating Officer at Crafted Hospitality from December 2015 to October 2021. Justin also worked as the Director of Operations at Toro NYC from June 2015 to December 2015. At Crafted Hospitality, they held several positions including Director of Restaurants from December 2014 to June 2015, New Projects and Operations from March 2014 to June 2015, and General Manager of Craft & Craftbar from October 2010 to March 2014.
Before joining Crafted Hospitality, Justin worked as the General Manager at Cookshop Restaurant from October 2007 to August 2010. Justin also served as the General Manager of South End Operations at Barbara Lynch Collective from April 2005 to October 2007. Prior to their roles in the hospitality industry, they worked as an Associate at CIBC World Markets from October 2000 to March 2003.
Justin's earlier career includes roles in operations at Osushi from January 2003 to April 2005. Overall, Justin Morel has built a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on operations and leadership roles.
Justin Morel obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations / Economics from Boston University between the years 1995 and 1999. Justin also has an additional certification in Series 7.
