Carly Coleman

Carly (Olson) Coleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as VP of Talent Matching and Talent Success at Toptal since May 2020, Carly oversees a team of 100 technical account managers and previously held roles including VP and Director of Talent Success. At NatureBox, Carly acted as General Manager for Direct-to-Consumer, driving profitability by streamlining operations and launching new products. Earlier roles include consulting for the parenting and baby industry and serving as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where contributions led to significant operational improvements. Carly holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
