Mahir H.

Mahir H. serves as the Director of Matching Optimization at Toptal since August 2015, leading a team focused on internal optimization and operational efficiency while driving strategic initiatives within the Matching department. Previously, Mahir held various roles at Toptal, including Director of Screening Optimization and Manager of Screening Operations, where responsibilities included monitoring screening performance and developing operational policies. Prior to Toptal, Mahir worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Photographer, a Brand & Communications Designer at Alfa Energy Group, and a Graphic Designer at Fine Line. Mahir holds a Master of Arts in Design and Visual Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art and Communication Design from the International University of Sarajevo.
