Pedro Nogueira

Pedro Nogueira currently serves as the Sr Director of Engineering and Delivery at Turing, overseeing the recruitment and planning of software engineering teams for enterprise clients and revamping the company's screening processes. Concurrently, Pedro is a Senior Lecturer at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a Senior AI Engineer at Hermes AI, providing consultancy in AI and NLP. With extensive experience at Toptal, Pedro has held various roles, including Director of Engineering and Senior Software Developer, contributing to AI, machine learning, and full-stack development projects. Previous positions include AI Advisor at RVP Equity, Senior Artificial Intelligence and User Experience Researcher at LIACC, and Technical Advisor and Senior Research Engineer at Radical Technologies. Pedro holds a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and an MSc in Computer Science from the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto.
