Richa Lather

Richa Lather currently serves as the Enterprise Sales Director for EMEA at Toptal, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Richa was the Client Director in the Sales and Service Practice for EMEA at Korn Ferry from October 2022 to February 2024. Richa's experience also includes significant roles at HubSpot in business development across EMEA and APAC, and as Business Development Director at Gartner, where engagement with mid-size enterprises focused on leveraging technology for growth. Additional experience includes a Key Accounts Manager role at Bajaj Finserv, overseeing a substantial portfolio, and a Business Development Manager position at Tata Consultancy Services, where significant traction was gained in emerging markets. Richa began the career as a Market Research Intern at iViZ Security. Richa holds an MBA in Marketing from Icfai Business School.
