Sanja Sarac

Sanja Sarac has extensive experience in communication and team engagement, currently serving as a Screening Content Coordinator and Communication Specialist at Toptal since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sanja worked as a People Engagement Program Coordinator at Deploy Inc. from May 2021 to September 2023, contributing to HR initiatives aimed at fostering a strong company culture through team-building events and professional development support. With a decade of experience at Emirates, starting as a Cabin Crew member and advancing to Cabin Crew Supervisor, Sanja led teams to enhance customer service and managed a variety of in-flight situations effectively. Sanja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade and a high school diploma in the same field from Philological High School Belgrade.
