Yisfalem Alemayehu

Yisfalem Alemayehu is a seasoned Talent Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment across various levels. Currently serving as a Talent Specialist II at Toptal since December 2021, Yisfalem previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at Reboot Consult PLC, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for senior and middle management positions, as well as developing recruitment policies and conducting training for junior recruiters. Prior recruitment roles with Zokida Consult PLC and Alkan CIT contributed to a robust background in sourcing talented professionals and telecommunications engineering, respectively. Yisfalem holds multiple degrees from Addis Ababa University, including a Master of Science in International Business and ongoing studies in Corporate Finance, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
