Production and Engineering

The Production and Engineering team at TOPTICA Photonics AG is responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing process of advanced photonic products. This includes ensuring the timely procurement of materials, precision microfabrication, and maintaining high-quality standards through logistics and quality assurance. The team also focuses on developing and optimizing diode lasers, fiber lasers, THz systems, and frequency combs, while providing field support and continuous improvement in production techniques.
