AT Cognizant, he spent 15 years in capital markets strategy and transformation consulting for UBS, Franklin Templeton, BNY Mellon, Wells Fargo, Citi, RBC, Fidelity, Northern Trust, State Street, World Bank, Capital Group, Dreyfus, ABN Amro, Standard Chartered Bank and Qatar National Bank. Prior to that, he held risk management and investment operations positions at Citicorp, HDFC Mutual Fund, and Sundaram Mutual Fund. With a consistent track record of thought leadership and publishing, Sathya is an ICAI-qualified Chartered Accountant and a GARP-certified Financial Risk Manager.
