Emma Hanegraef

Emma Hanegraef is currently a University Program Fellow at Plug and Play Tech Center, where responsibilities include performing due diligence on startups. Emma also serves on the Supervisory Board & Audit Committee for Academics for Technology, overseeing finances and leading as Vice-President of a student organization focused on Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Previous roles include Event Lead for Leuven Slush'D, an R&D Apprentice at RainPharma, and various positions in coaching and event management. Emma achieved a notable transformation in team performance as a coach at Royal Herakles Hockey Club. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Cellular and Genetic Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor of Science in Bioscience Engineering from the University of Antwerp.
