Michael Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and various management qualifications, including a Diploma in First Line Management. Michael has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as Health and Safety Manager at Tor Coatings since February 2022. Previous roles include Senior Health & Safety Manager at Birtley Group from October 2019 to January 2022, and Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Officer/Acting SQE Manager at TT2 from June 2016 to October 2019, where significant contributions included compliance audits and training programs. Michael's career began in the British Army as an Infantry Soldier, progressing to Senior Warehouse Supervisor before transitioning to civilian roles, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills throughout.
