Avrohom Niman has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit and education sectors. Avrohom began their career in 2010 at the Rabbinical Seminary of America, where they held various roles, including Director, Finance and Purchasing, Director, Fundraising Data and Analytics, Director of Institutional Advancement, and Executive Assistant to the Vice President. In 2011, they also served as the Director of Special Projects at the Yeshiva Day School of Las Vegas. In 2018, they joined the Kollel D'Horah Southeast as the Director of Development. From 2006 to 2022, they worked at the Orthodox Union as the Director of Operations and Assistant Program Director. Currently, they are the Director of Development and Finance at the Torah Academy of Boca Raton.

Avrohom Niman's education history includes a variety of degrees and fields of study. From 2007 to 2019, they attended the Rabbinical Seminary of America, where they obtained a Semicha - Yoreh Yoreh Yudin Yudin and a Bachelor's degree in Talmudic Law and Ethics. Additionally, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Excelsior University. In 2016-2017, Avrohom attended the Torah Umesorah Leadership and Fundraising Academy (TULFA) to further enhance their skills in non-profit/public/organizational management. Avrohom also completed an Associate's degree in Fundraising under Rabbi Yitz Greenman's program, "Fundraising like a Pro," from 2017 to 2018. In 2019-2020, Avrohom pursued additional education in Fundraising and Development with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at AGUDATH ISRAEL OF AMERICA. Finally, Avrohom also obtained a Talmudic Degree in Talmudic Studies from Yeshiva Toras Chaim (2005-2010) and pursued Talmudic Studies at Chofetz Chaim Jerusalem in 2008-2009.
