Rosie Bailey-Clark

Rosie Bailey-Clark is a qualified professional with significant experience in strategy and project management, currently serving as a Strategy and Project Management Officer and previously as a Planning Officer at Torbay Council since March 2019. Prior to this, Rosie was a Green Consultant with the University of Exeter Green Consultants for a brief period in December 2017, achieving the bronze level in an award-winning training scheme focused on environmental and sustainability consulting. Furthermore, Rosie gained experience as a Student Marshall during a Postgraduate Open Day at the University of Exeter in November 2017. Rosie holds a Master of Science in Applied Ecology from the University of Exeter (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from The University of Sheffield (2012-2015).
