María de los Ángeles Mora has a diverse work experience in the field of talent recruiting and consulting.

In 2022, they joined Torc as a Talent Matching Specialist, where they utilize AI and automation to connect freelance developers with companies that require their expertise. Apart from matching developers, they also focus on measuring and understanding developer productivity. At Torc, they are actively involved in supporting developers to build successful careers.

Prior to joining Torc, María worked at Twilio as a Talent Researcher R&D. María de los Ángeles was responsible for conducting research and sourcing for talented individuals in the research and development sector.

In 2021, María worked at Aristos Consultores de Gerencia S.A. as a Consultant. In this role, they supported the recruitment and selection process for senior and middle management executives in various sectors of the national and international economy. María de los Ángeles also developed strategies for candidate research using databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job sites.

Before that, in 2020, María worked as a Practicante de selección at Clínica del Country. It was a temporary role where they gained practical experience in the field of recruitment.

María de los Ángeles Mora has a comprehensive education history. María de los Ángeles obtained a High School Diploma from Colombo American School. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad de La Sabana from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they also completed a Diploma in Clinical Psychology and Health from the same university. María further enhanced their skills by attending a Diploma program in Evaluation and Clinical Intervention at ISEP in 2019. Their education journey continued with a Master's degree in Management and Personnel Development from Universidad de La Sabana, which they completed from 2023 to 2025.
