Hudson Chase

Hudson Chase is a skilled software engineer currently employed at Torc Robotics since May 2020, with a strong background in geography and geospatial sciences. Prior to this role, Hudson served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, assisting in the "World Regions" course and providing technical support to a large student body. Experience includes working as an Engineering Intern with the Town of Christiansburg, focusing on GIS data management, and as a GIS Specialist/Planning Intern with the City of Alpharetta, where Hudson gained expertise in LiDAR feature extraction and web map development. Hudson's foundational experience includes a work-study position at Radford University and a leadership role as Camp Activities Director at Camp Hope for Kids.
