Torch Capital seeks to achieve the investment goals of its private investors and principals by focusing on identifying, qualifying, acquiring, financing, and managing investment properties in the Midwestern U.S.  Through rigorous analysis and continual contact with owners, lenders, brokers, and property managers, Torch Capital Partners works to identify and qualify the best acquisition targets in the market. While we are experienced with a variety of commercial real estate asset types, we are most focused on assisting private investors in the placement of their capital into group-syndicated industrial properties.  Our syndication approach allows individual investors to place smaller amounts of equity, diversify their overall investment risk, place IRA investment into real estate, and participate in professionally managed properties they may not have the expertise, desire, or time to manage on their own. Through careful underwriting, strategic repositioning, and professional management, we seek to acquire assets, add value, and stabilize under-performing properties.
