Denise Alsar

Denise Alsar currently serves as the Director of Operations at Torch since June 2024. Prior to this role, Denise held the position of Operations Manager at Rapido Solutions Group from January 2021 to June 2024, where the role also included responsibilities as Customer Success Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Manager at OCA Logistics from February 2016 to February 2021 and Subgerencia en Planeación at SEAPAL VALLARTA from July 2014 to March 2016. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Territorial Planning and Environmental Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2020-2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara (2013-2018). Additionally, Denise has obtained certifications in ISO 9001 from the Instituto Mexicano de Normalización y Certificación and ISO 14001 from SEMARNAT, both from January 2019 and January 2018, respectively.
