With a focus on leadership challenges and team development, Jen fosters impactful leadership through insights and bold actions. As the founder of Life First Coaching, Jen assists leaders in discovering their true desires for personal and professional growth. With extensive previous experience as a VP and Senior HR Business Partner at Mastercard and as VP, Head of HR in Australia at State Street, Jen also brings a strong background in human resources to her coaching practice. Jen holds multiple coaching certifications and an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, complemented by early education in Human Resources Management.
