Pankaj Upadhyay has worked in the field of executive coaching since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Head of Delivery at Net Worth Continual Learning. In 2010, they became a Principal Consultant at Shuddham Learning & Training, where they were responsible for heading overall operations and leading strategic HR initiatives. In 2018, they were certified as an Executive Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, where they were trained in the philosophy, principles, and practices of Marshall Goldsmith, Frank Wagner, and Chris Coffey. In 2020, they became a Global Leadership Coach at Global Coach Group, a Leadership and Business Coach at GloCoach, and a Leadership and Business Coach at Torch.
