Pritika De Noronha, Assoc. CIPD, has worked in various roles since 2010. Pritika began their career as a Sales & Marketing Consultant at Belhasa International CO LLC. in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Gulf News as a Group Account Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at PATT Foundation. In 2017, they joined Everwise as a Mentoring Customer Success Manager and Mentoring Experience Manager. In 2020, they moved to Torch as an Enterprise Customer Success (Global), Senior Customer Experience Manager, and Experience Manager (Global). In their role as Experience Manager (Global), they were responsible for Torch and Everwise merging into affordable coaching and mentoring for all.
