Valentina G. has a wealth of experience in marketing and operations. Valentina began their career in 2009 as an ANZ Market Planner for Procter & Gamble, where they managed product supply, resupply, market analysis, forecasting, and competitive analysis. In 2010, they took on the role of Marketing Manager for Click to Cloud and Group Marketing Manager for Sqware Peg, where they focused on the management of marketing and communication strategies in the APAC region and maximizing marketing efforts through the use of marketing automation tools. From 2013-2016, Valentina worked as Director of Customer Relationship Management & Operations and Director of Demand Generation & Operations for Inflection, where they were responsible for lead volumes, marketing contribution to net new pipeline, growing LTV and transaction volumes, and owning the marketing & sales tech stack. In 2019, Valentina was Global Director of Marketing and Operations (contract) for Xref, and in 2020, they became Head of Marketing and Revenue Operations and Sr. Director of Demand Generation for Torch.

Valentina G. obtained their MBA in Marketing & Finance from Griffith University between 2008 and 2009. Valentina also obtained a Bachelor in Marketing & Finance from Griffith University between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, Valentina has obtained certifications from Demandbase (ABM Certification: Foundations in April 2017), HubSpot (Inbound Certified in December 2015), and Eloqua (Revenue Lifecycle Master Certified and Revenue Performance Management (RPM) certified).
