Charmagne Rayman-Bacchus-Thompson

Charmagne Rayman-Bacchus-Thompson has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Charmagne currently holds the position of Operations Director at Torchbox since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at Torchbox from October 2022 to October 2023. Charmagne also served as the Head of Delivery Management at Torchbox from November 2021 to September 2022.

Charmagne has also worked as a Board Trustee at 1625 Independent People since April 2021. Previously, they worked as the Head of Production & Operations at PracticeWeb from August 2019 to November 2021, and as the Head of Operations at The HR Dept from July 2018 to July 2019.

Charmagne'searlier work experience includes the role of Head of Operational Systems at 3P Learning from October 2015 to October 2016, where they were responsible for various operational system design and digital transformation initiatives. Charmagne also worked as the Customer Operations Manager (Europe) at 3P Learning from March 2008 to October 2015.

Prior to this, Charmagne held positions such as Customer Solutions Account Manager at Motability Operations from May 2007 to February 2008, Secondary French & Spanish Teacher at St Bede's Catholic College from September 2006 to April 2007, and Private Clients Personal Assistant at HSBC from September 2002 to August 2005.

Charmagne Rayman-Bacchus-Thompson has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended the University of Southampton where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French and Spanish, which they completed in 2002. In 2005, Charmange pursued further education at Swansea University and obtained a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), qualifying their as a teacher in French and Spanish. Continuing their education, they enrolled at the University of Bath in 2013 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015. Charmagne also received certification in Agile Principles from Scrum Alliance in the same year, becoming a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
