Megan Doubet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and training. As a Senior Consultant at DDI | Development Dimensions International since April 1993, Megan has developed a strong expertise in organizational development. Since 2014, Megan has served as an Executive Coach at Torchiana, Mastrov & Sapiro, Inc., while also holding a position as a Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach with S.E. Steinbrecher & Associates, Inc. since 2009. Earlier career experience includes working as an Account Executive at Decker Communications from January 2000 to July 2003. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Boston College and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from County College of Morris.
