James Bourie is the Chief Executive Officer of Torchlight AI, a company focused on predictive intelligence for emerging risks. Prior to his current role, James served as the Chief Executive Officer of Crowdpulse Inc., which later merged with Assynt Group to form Torchlight AI. With a background in risk management, cybersecurity, and military leadership, James has also held positions at companies such as BlueLight, Nisos, and Toffler Associates. He has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute, an MBA in Criminal Risk Management from EDHEC Business School, and has completed various military education programs including the Special Forces Officer Qualification Course and US Army Ranger School.
