Justin Arnold

Justin Arnold is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in internal and external communications. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Specialist at TorchLight Hire since November 2022, Justin has previously held roles such as Communications Specialist at IntelliBridge and Senior Manager of Communications at the Urban Land Institute, where responsibilities included press release distribution, media coaching, and content curation. Justin's prior experience also encompasses successful media pitching at 38 North, reporting for Yomiuri Shimbun, political analysis for Cox Media Group, and legislative support for U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Political Science from Pacific University.
