Stephanie Ranno

SVP of Growth at TorchLight Hire

Stephanie Ranno has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Stephanie began their career as an Associate Director of Development at Port Discovery in 2003. Stephanie then worked as an Account Executive at PrintStaff/Semper International from 2005 to 2006, followed by a role as a Senior Agent/Sales Manager at Engine Performance from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2014, Ranno served as a Branch Manager at Profiles Placement Services, where they successfully cultivated and expanded relationships with mid-size and large enterprise clients.

In 2014, Ranno joined Human Capital Consultants, LLC as the Vice President of Recruiting and Staffing, where they made significant improvements to the sourcing, recruitment, and business development process, resulting in a 53% increase in placements compared to the previous year. Stephanie then moved to Profiles as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for developing new relationships with strategic national clients.

Ranno joined SHIFT (formerly entreQuest) as a Managing Director in 2016, followed by a role as the Director of Enterprise Business Development at TorchLight Hire from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Account Management at TorchLight Hire.

In 2023, Ranno took on the role of SVP of Growth at TorchLight Marketing, where they are responsible for supporting the firm's expansion of their B2B and B2C client base.

Stephanie Ranno completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Theater at the University of Lynchburg, from 1995 to 1999. In 1998, they also participated in a semester study program at the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies, Keble College, Oxford University. Prior to their university education, Stephanie attended Mount De Sales Academy from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie obtained certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" and "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn, in March 2021 and November 2020, respectively.
