John Pittenger

John Pittenger has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. John started their career as an Intern at General Electric in 2004, where they gained valuable experience in GE Real Estate. In 2006, they joined BlackRock and served as a Vice President in the high yield real estate debt division. John'sresponsibilities included underwriting and analyzing US real estate debt transactions, with a focus on credit and due diligence of high yield investments. John also managed distressed loan portfolios and worked on various types of real estate debt. In 2015, John transitioned to Torchlight Investors as a Vice President, where they currently work.

John Pittenger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Franklin & Marshall College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at Rutgers University - Newark from 2009 to 2012.
