Kamola Umarova

Kamola Umarova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in linguistics, language instruction, and financial management. Currently serving as a Russian Linguist at Torden LLC since June 2022, Kamola previously held the position of Department Chair at the Defense Language Institute from May 2016 to June 2022 and worked as a CryptoLinguist with the Army National Guard from July 2011 to July 2016. Prior roles in finance include serving as an Accounting Intern at ARAMARK's K-12 division and as a Chief Accountant Assistant at SIMAKX-PARS Manufacturing Company. Kamola holds a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of San Francisco, an Associate of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Taškentskij Davlat Iqtisodiypt Universiteti.
