Robert Hurlbut

Robert Hurlbut is a Principal Product Security Architect and Threat Modeling Trainer at Toreon, contributing to the Product Security Team with a focus on Application Security, AI Security, and Threat Modeling. Previously, Robert served as Principal Application Security Architect and Threat Modeling Lead at Aquia Inc., where leadership included developing Threat Modeling programs for clients, notably a large Federal Government Agency. Robert has held senior roles at Bank of America, expanding a Threat Modeling Program and delivering extensive training to thousands of associates. Robert's consulting experience includes providing software security services and training through Robert Hurlbut Consulting Services. Education includes a forthcoming Ph.D. in Space Cybersecurity from Capitol Technology University, a Master’s in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University.
