Diana Iris Alvarez Calderón is a professional with extensive experience in ESG reporting and sustainability. Currently serving as the Manager of ESG Reporting & Disclosure at Torex Gold Resources Inc since February 2024, Diana previously worked as an ESG & Sustainability Specialist at Impala Canada, where responsibilities included developing ESG roadmaps and implementing sustainability software to streamline data collection for 120 ESG indicators. Diana has also held positions such as Finance & Administration Coordinator at Polaris Infrastructure Inc., where the development of the first ESG report took place, and Lead SAP-Financial Services Project Implementation at Working Skills Centre, managing financial projects. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master of Earth and Energy Resources Leadership from Queen's University and a Master of Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business, Diana continuously pursues excellence in the fields of finance, sustainability, and project management.
