Karina Walsh

Karina Walsh is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the mining and power generation sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Torex Gold Resources Inc since October 2015, Karina has previously held key positions including Director of Finance at the same company and Senior Manager of External Reporting & Accounting Policy at Ontario Power Generation. Prior finance leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance for Gran Colombia Gold Corp. and a decade-long tenure at PwC as a Senior Manager in the Mining Group. Karina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, obtained between 1995 and 2000, and attended Bishop Strachan School from 1980 to 1995.
