Josephine Thomas

Josephine (Jo) Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in counseling and employability coaching, currently serving as a Health Wellbeing Progression Coach for Employability at Torfaen County Borough Council since September 2010. In addition to this role, Josephine provides tutoring in counseling at various levels and has been involved as a CCYP Schools Counsellor and Tutor with BenAngels since January 2009, specializing in anxiety, stress, and various personal challenges as a holistic therapist and Reiki Master. Josephine has a rich background in training, having worked with the Gwent Alcohol Project, where responsibilities included motivational interviewing and counseling for both adults and young people. Josephine holds several educational qualifications, including a PGCE in Elementary Education from Bangor University and multiple diplomas in counseling and holistic therapies from Coleg Gwent.
