Kate Prendergast

Kate Prendergast has a range of experience in the education sector. Kate is currently working as an EAS School Improvement Partner at Education Achievement Service (EAS) since September 2021. Previously, they held roles at Torfaen County Borough Council, including Head Teacher from October 2013 and Deputy Head Teacher from September 2007. Kate also worked as an Estyn Peer Inspector at Estyn from July 2011. Earlier in their career, they were an Advisory Teacher at Torfaen County Borough Council from September 2005 to August 2006, and a Teacher from September 1999 to August 2005.

Kate Prendergast has a Master of Education degree (MEd) from the University of South Wales, which they completed in 2003.
