Lital Weiss has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and leadership roles. Lital started their career at IDF Mamram as an officer, developer, and team leader, where they were responsible for training and instructing courses on algorithms, .Net, WinForms, and ADO.

Lital then joined mce Systems as a Full Stack Developer, working in a dynamic environment to develop the company's product and improve the infrastructure.
