Rachel Baizen MacIver has held several roles throughout their work experience. Rachel started their career at PTC in 2009 as a Corporate Visit Center Coordinator. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Account Manager at PTC, where they handled telephone contact and sales to existing customers.
In 2013, Rachel joined Acquia as an Enterprise Sales Representative, contributing to the company's growth as the #1 fastest-growing private company in North America. Rachel later became an Inside Sales Team Lead and eventually took on the role of Manager, Business Development. At Acquia, Rachel helped organizations succeed using Drupal, an open-source Web Engagement Management platform.
Rachel then joined OpsGenie, which was later acquired by Atlassian, in 2016 as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. Rachel played a key role in delivering an end-to-end incident management process for teams.
Continuing their sales career, Rachel joined Atlassian in 2018 as an Enterprise Account Executive for OpsGenie, providing teams with alerting, escalations, and on-call management solutions.
In 2020, Rachel joined Zerto as a Strategic Account Executive, specializing in disaster recovery and migration automation and orchestration.
Currently, Rachel is working at Torii, starting as an Enterprise Account Executive in 2021 and quickly advancing to the role of Regional Sales Director - East. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Sales for North America, responsible for driving sales and managing the company's SaaS management platform.
