Gianluca Oresta has extensive experience in ICT and telecommunications, currently serving as the Responsabile delle telecomunicazioni at Torino Airport since January 2013, while also providing ICT technical support as an external employee. From June 2015 to August 2023, Gianluca worked as an ICT Administrator at Data Vision, specializing in SITA CUTE administration and dedicated IT support. Prior to that, from December 1999 to June 2015, Gianluca held the position of System Administrator at STE, managing SITA CUTE systems across multiple international airports and overseeing various IT projects. Additionally, Gianluca served as an external System Administrator for SITA from 2000 to May 2015 and gained early experience as a hardware/software technician at Esacom from January 1996 to 1998.

SAGAT, in particolare, è titolare: - della progettazione, realizzazione e manutenzione delle infrastrutture legate al traffico aereo (ad esempio, pista e piazzali); - della progettazione, realizzazione e manutenzione delle infrastrutture e degli immobili utilizzati dai passeggeri e dagli operatori (aerostazioni con relative aree commerciali, parcheggi, uffici e impianti); - della gestione delle infrastrutture centralizzate individuate ai sensi del D. Lgs. 18/99 (tra le altre, pontili di imbarco e sbarco, impianti di smistamento bagagli, sistemi informatici di scalo e di informazione al pubblico); Turin Airport is one of the most important economic entities in Piedmont and provides employment for approximately 3,000 people, who work in various roles. SAGAT, in particular, is responsible for: - the planning, construction and maintenance of the infrastructures related to air traffic (e.g. runway and aprons); - the planning, construction and maintenance of the infrastructures and buildings used by passengers and operators (air terminals with relative commercial areas, car parks, offices and installations); - the management of centralised infrastructures as defined by Leg. Decree 18/99 (including loading bridges, baggage handling system, ICT airport system, flight and passenger information).
