Iris Sison

Iris Sison began their work experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Retinal Consultants Medical Group, Inc. in 2005. Iris then moved on to become a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator at UCSF Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center Early Phase Investigational Therapeutics in 2009. Following this, they held various roles at Translational Research In Oncology, including Clinical Research Associate and Monitoring Resources Training Associate. In 2015, Iris joined Genentech as a Global Clinical Trial Leader and later became a Senior Global Clinical Trial Leader. Iris then joined IGM Biosciences, Inc. in 2019 as the Director and Head of Clinical Operations. Finally, they currently serve as the Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations at TORL BioTherapeutics, LLC since 2023.

Iris Sison holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from UC Davis. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership, with an expected completion in 2023. Iris also has a certification as a CCRP, though the institution and specific date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
