Lee Sailor

Lee Sailor has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Lee served as the Chief Administrative Officer at TORL BioTherapeutics, LLC from 2023. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of Sailor Business Advisory Services, a boutique consulting firm they re-launched in 2014. In 2019, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at TORL BioTherapeutics LLC and from 2017 to 2023, they held the same position at 1200 Pharma LLC. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Contour Energy Systems, Inc. During this time, they played a significant role in strategic planning, financial modeling, and global expansion. In 2008, Sailor founded Sailor Business Advisory Services and served as its President until 2010. Lee also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Nutrition Express from 2005 to 2008, where they streamlined operations and implemented improved systems. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Smiland Paint Company from 1998 to 2005, where they successfully restructured the company. Sailor started their career as a Business Manager at Conco Paint Company from 1992 to 1998, where they oversaw operational expansion and established sales systems.

Lee Sailor has an MBA in Corporate Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business. Lee also has a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
