Previously, Jeano held multiple leadership roles at Gesco Group of Companies, including Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing Execution, effectively leading multi-discipline teams and crafting strategic marketing plans across various channels. Jeano's career began at Shnier, a Gesco Company, where responsibilities evolved from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager, overseeing product launches and managing a large marketing team. Jeano's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton, along with several certificates in leadership and emotional intelligence from Schulich ExecEd, and a diploma in Marketing from Sheridan College.
