Tinne Goris

Tinne Goris has been working as a Talent Hunter at Tormans Group since October 2008. Previously, TINNE worked as a Management Assistant at Deloitte for almost a decade. TINNE holds a degree from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and completed their secondary education at Sint-Dimpnalyceum. In their current role, TINNE screens candidates, presents potential employees to clients, negotiates and manages salary and collaboration proposals, builds long-term relationships with clients, and oversees employee projects.
