Chris Goss

Chris Goss, CSCP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Toro Company, overseeing the flagship manufacturing site in Shakopee, MN. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Chris previously held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Parker Hannifin, where key accomplishments included managing a $100M P&L and implementing significant supply chain continuity plans during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in substantial inventory reductions and increased sales. Prior to that, Chris worked at Caterpillar Inc. for over 13 years, holding various leadership roles, including Division Supply Chain Manager III, where responsibilities included managing a $400M inventory and leading supplier operations across multiple regions while achieving notable improvements in cost and supply chain efficiency. Chris holds an MBA from Millikin University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University.
