Joanna Totsky holds the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at The Toro Company. Previously, Joanna served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Transformation Officer, and Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Secretary at Cooper Standard, as well as Vice President - Deputy General Counsel. Earlier in Joanna's career, roles included Legal Director at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities extended to legal and compliance oversight for FCE Bank and regional legal direction in Asia Pacific & Africa. The career began at Miller Canfield as an Associate and included a role as Senior Editor at Thomson Gale. Joanna earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and has academic ties to St. Mary's College in Michigan.
