Josh Pavlak

Josh Pavlak currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at The Toro Company, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Josh accumulated extensive experience at Oshkosh Defense, where responsibilities included Senior Plant Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Plant Manager from August 2011 to October 2023. Key achievements at Oshkosh Defense involved developing business infrastructure and quality management systems, overhauling the RFQ process, and leading multi-functional project teams. Industry experience also includes roles at Pioneer Metal Finishing and General Beer-Northeast. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, completed in 2010.
