Lynn M. Korbak

Ms. Korbak joined Toromont in 2018 as General Counsel and was appointed Corporate Secretary in February, 2018. She was previously employed with Toyota Canada Inc. as General Counsel, and prior to that for over 13 years as General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary with Morneau Shepell Inc.
