Lynda Coulter

Lynda Coulter began their career in 1993 as a Labour Relations Administrator for the Grey County Board of Education. In 1995 they joined the York Catholic District School Board as an Employee Relations Officer. Lynda progressed to Manager of Employee Relations and Legal Counsel before being promoted to Superintendent of Human Resources in 2006. In 2017 they joined the Ministry of Education as Director (A) Education Labour Relations - Operations. Lynda is currently Executive Superintendent, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Leadership & Equity at the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

Lynda Coulter has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Theirtory from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. in Law from the University of Windsor.

They work with Peter Aguiar - Superintendent of Education, Area 7, Kimberly Dixon - Superintendent of Education, Area 6, and John Wujek - Superintendent of Education, Area 5. Their manager is Brendan Browne, Director of Education.
