Dean Horner

Dean Horner is currently the Senior Counsel for Real Estate, Development, and Lending at Toronto Community Housing. Prior to this role, Dean has held various legal positions at the Town of East Gwillimbury, York Region, the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket, and Wal-Mart Canada Corp. Dean has received education from the University of New Brunswick, Université Laval, and Bishop's University.
